Manuscript writing, Manuscript Rewriting and other services offered by Biozenace require extensive research and great effort to prepare the final manuscript/document. If the client is not satisfied with our services, we will make a dedicated effort to address all the issues including but not limited to redoing the complete service from scratch, by different writers and editors. If the client still remains unsatisfied, Biozenace will be obliged to refund not more than 60% of the cost of service(s). All additional charges for providing the refund which may be levied by the bank or other financial institution will have to be born by the client.

If a customer wishes to cancel any service(s) once the work has commenced, Biozenace will be obliged to refund not more than 60% of the cost of service.
